Location & Arrival Information

The practice is located in a beautiful Victorian building on George Lane, in the heart of South Woodford. It is easily accessible by public transport, with South Woodford Central Line underground station just a short walk away.

If you are travelling by car, the practice is conveniently located just a few minutes from the end of the M11 and close to Junction 26 of the M25.

Once you arrive at number 10, please use the buzzer labelled “Gilbert Osteopaths.” After buzzing, you are welcome to enter the building and take a seat in the waiting area just inside. A member of the team will come and greet you shortly.

Toilet facilities are available on both the ground floor and the first floor. Unfortunately, there is no accessible (disabled) toilet within the building. If you require special access or additional support, please let us know in advance and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Parking is available on George Lane, with payment easily made via a parking app. There is also free parking for up to two hours at the Sainsbury’s car park directly across the road.
