Meet The Team

Tiphaine Gilbert M.Ost.

Registered Osteopath

Tiphaine is a qualified osteopath who graduated from the British School of Osteopathy with a Master’s degree in 2013. After working in a variety of osteopathic practices across London and learning from experienced practitioners, she went on to establish her own practice in South Woodford in 2016.

At the heart of Tiphaine’s work is a genuine commitment to your wellbeing. She believes that feeling listened to and understood is a vital part of the healing process. Taking the time to get to know you, she looks beyond your symptoms to understand what may be contributing to your pain or discomfort and works carefully to identify the underlying cause.

Tiphaine takes a gentle, holistic and patient-centred approach, considering how your body moves as well as your medical history, lifestyle, environment and how you are feeling in yourself. This thoughtful approach allows treatments to be tailored to you as an individual, supporting lasting improvement and overall wellbeing.

She uses a wide range of gentle and effective techniques, including cranial osteopathy, structural osteopathy, soft tissue work and stretching. Treatments are always adapted to your needs and delivered with care, respect and your comfort in mind.

Tiphaine is a member of the Institute of Osteopathy and the Sutherland Cranial College of Osteopathy. She completed a Certificate in Paediatric Osteopathy in 2020 and continues to develop her skills through ongoing professional training.

Elizabeth Coleman M.Ost.

Registered Osteopath

Elizabeth graduated with first-class honors from the College of Osteopaths, London. Her path into osteopathy grew naturally from more than 15 years of dedicated yoga practice and 6 years of teaching, where she developed a deep appreciation for how movement, breath and awareness support long-term wellbeing.

In practice,  Elizabeth combines soft tissue and myofascial techniques, joint manipulation and craniosacral therapy, tailoring each session to the individual. She takes time to understand your unique needs through conversation and observation, creating a treatment plan that works for you.

Her approach extends beyond the treatment room, offering rehabilitation guidance, lifestyle or nutritional suggestions to help you make meaningful changes day to day. Alongside her osteopathic training, Liz is also qualified in deep tissue, sports and pregnancy massage, which further informs her hands-on care.

Elizabeth’s treatments are thoughtful, adaptable and collaborative, designed to help you move with greater ease and feel more connected to your body. She aims to support you in understanding your body and restoring balance, helping you find your health, in your own way.

Elizabeth also specialises in Mummy MOT assessments, offering supportive postnatal care to help women reconnect with their bodies and recover strength and function after pregnancy and childbirth.

In her spare time, Elizabeth enjoys keeping active through cycling, playing tennis, strength and conditioning and more recently, freediving.
