  • For your appointment, please wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing that allows you to move easily. You may be asked to perform simple movements during the assessment. In some cases, treatment may be carried out directly on the skin; however, your comfort and dignity are always respected, and this will be discussed with you beforehand.

  • Yes - osteopathic care can be safely adapted for pregnancy. We use gentle, specialised techniques to support your comfort, reduce tension and address common pregnancy-related aches and discomforts. Each session is tailored to your needs, ensuring both you and your baby are safe, relaxed and well cared for.

  • Our treatments are gentle and always tailored to your comfort. You might feel slight discomfort at times, which is normal as your body adjusts, but you are encouraged to speak up if anything feels too much or if you’re uncomfortable. We listen carefully and adjust every movement to ensure you feel safe, relaxed and cared for throughout your session.

  • It’s best to have a light meal or snack before your session so you feel comfortable and energised. Avoid heavy or very rich foods, which might make it harder to relax during treatment. Staying nourished helps your body respond better and supports a calm, effective session.

  • It’s normal for some people to feel temporary changes or mild soreness after treatment as the body adjusts. If your symptoms feel worse or persist, please contact us right away. We will listen carefully, reassess your needs and adjust your care to ensure your comfort and safety at every step. Your wellbeing is always our top priority.
